Measure from an existing ring

• Choose an existing ring that fits the desired finger.
• Measure the ring's inner diameter in millimetres (mm).
• Refer to the chart below to find your ring size.

MEASURE YOUR FINGER

• Wrap a strip of paper around the finger where you want the ring to sit.
• Ensure the paper is snug against your finger; a tighter fit helps find the most accurate size.
• Mark where the ends of the paper meet and measure the length with a ruler in millimetres (mm).
• Use the chart below to find your ring size.
